The House

19th Century elegance with  21st Century comforts.   Built in the Gothic Revival Style in the 1850's along what was then known as Millionaire's Row .  Updated in the 1870's in the Second Empire Style, each side of the house presents a different face with 13 different original window styles.





Located in historic Seneca Falls,

a five minute walk from downtown with restaurants, museums and shopping. On the shores of Van Cleef Lake along the Seneca-Cayuga Canal in the heart of New York's 

Finger Lakes Region.

Your Stay

A full breakfast is served in the formal dining room each morning.  You are welcome to then lounge in Victorian style in the elegant double parlors; relax with a good book in  the library; or unwind on the screen porch that overlooks Van Cleef Lake.

The health and safety of our guests is our priority. 


Social distancing is observed during breakfast.  


Additionally, we have many 

indoor and outdoor spaces for our guests to bring their take-out for dining; or to relax while maintaining their distance from other guests.

Please note:  At this time area restaurants are open for limited dining-in as well as take-out; and wineries are open for tasting. As stated above,  our guests are welcome to bring take-out lunch, dinner or wines to enjoy at our home.
