Dietary restrictions or preferences will be observed provided that we are notified when the reservation is made.

Guests will assume financial responsibility for any damage they have done to our home, its contents, or our property; as well as the belongings of any other guest(s) in the home.

Room rates are based on double occupancy.

​

Check-in is 4pm.  Check-out is 11am.

Our home is not suitable for children.  No exceptions.  Please contact us directly if you have any questions on this matter.  If you arrive with children or pets, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund issued.

We do not allow smoking or pets in the home.  We have a pet that resides in the private quarters of the home.

​

Upon completion of your reservation you will be charged for the full amount of your stay.

​

There is a $25.00 transaction fee for cancellation.

​

If you need to cancel, a full refund, less the fee, will be issued if the cancellation request is received before 4pm one full week prior to your check-in date.

​

If cancellation is made less than a week but more than 48 hours prior to your check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.

​

Cancellation 48 hours or less prior to check-in will not be refunded.
